I think that the sender actually wrote the message in another language (such as Chinese Language). Your computer is unable to recognise the words and hence there is a thing like subsitution which results in viewing error.

Most likely the sender used a different character set to write that mails. If you are using webmail (like "Yahoo" or "Hotmail" that allow you to read, write and manage your messages in a browser's window) try to switch the encoding to "Unicode". If this isn't work, try to swich the encoding to "Auto select". Finally, if this isn't working either, try every character set you see in the menu.
To switch the encoding in "Internet Explorer", click the "View" menu, point to "Encoding" then select the character set you want to use to display the page.
I don't know too much about other browsers or mail clients, but I'm sure you can find something about changing the character set in the help of the programs you use.

And yep, provide up seeing Jason, you both might want to fare better by employing having age-suitable relationships (or none in any respect & in basic terms putting out at the same time with your associates fairly.)

You have been sent spam in a different language that your computer settings are not set up for so the computer doesn't recognize the letters or symbols and replaces them with "filler" characters.

I get a similar thing on my mobile when someone send me a text in Arabic, my mobile does not have Arabic font as I purchased it when I was in UK, not here in Egypt. If someone send me email writen in Arabic script, i get all sorts of symbols and signs because I uninstalled Arabic from my computer because it kept switching into Arabic all by itself when I was typing.
