Assuming you are using a Microsoft OS like windows, and as long you haven't emptied the recycle bin you can retrieve those files listed by using the restore option. This will restore the select file Back to it original location.
However if this is not the case and without getting to complicated, you'll need a use a data recovery program. You could use programs like Norton Protected Recycle Bin - but please bear in mind that these type of programs need to be installed before any deletion as they track changes to data. Another thing to bear in mind about this type of software is because it tracks data changes it runs several processes in the back ground taking up valuable resources like RAM. Norton is a common culprit for slowing PC's down.
My advice is buy a dedicated Data Recovery software that way it is only in use when required and doesn't eat resources up like Norton - there are some very expensive programs out there, but there also some very good cheaper options: My recommendation is a great utility called R-Studio 3.0 which can recover files from FAT12, FAT16, FAT32), NTFS, NTFS5 (created or updated by Win2000), Ext2FS/Ext3FS (Linux file system) and UFS1/UFS2 (FreeBSD/OpenBSD/NetBSD file systems) partitions on local hard disks. It can also recover files less than 64KB from NTFS, FAT, ExtFS and UFS partitions over network so it's NOT OS dependant. Not bad for £50ish ($79.99). You can download a demo version that will has limited features but still can do FAT and NTFS recovery for free.
I use it all the time - I've been able to recover data even after a HDD has been droped/cruhed/burned and formatted 5 times over.

Well, if you haven't emptied your recycle bin it might be in there. Otherwise, you would need a data recovery program like Norton Protected Recycle Bin or Roxio GoBack. You would have had to have both before you deleted the data though. Good luck!

Assuming you are running Windows, you can retrieve your files from the recycle bin.
The recycle bin should be on your desktop; if so, double click on it and find the files you want to restore. Select the files, then click "Restore this item"

If you havent emptied the recycle bin just restore it! If you have, for about 100 bucks an hour you can have a professional recover it (maybe)!
