I have a stock answer - "Funny, so is mine, must be the weather!"

Why does nobody get this?, and what is shut up?

I like it! (For those who are limited to giving silly remarks as a reply, you might care to know that the clue is to treat the original "order" as a question instead) - but I expect that's a bit too deep for some of you too.
