I'm tired of falling out of my bra because the cups are too small! I'm wearing a 40 F from Fredericks now because it's the biggest cup they carry and I like that there are only 3 hooks! I have to take in an inch or so around to make it fit, I've tried a cup size G and H but they fit smaller then Fredericks F! Do any of you know the answer to finding a bra without 4 or 5 hooks? It embarrasses me to be falling out of it! REAL ANSWERS ONLY, PLEASE!

Here's a couple of sites that do custom fit bras... I checked them out some have really cute ones. I made sure that I didn't include the sites that had the "heavy duty" bras with all the hooks. lol... Good luck, Girl. I don't envy you your dilemma.

I recommend trying this one out first... they look like they have the most choices and the least expense.

Oprah had a show just this week about how most woman don't know what size bra to wear. For the most part, they buy them too small, but there were other reasons. I know that doesn't help you now, but she repeats her shows from time to time. Also don't go to chain stores, you will find that their cup sizes are not accurate. Go to a specialty shop like other women have suggested here. My wife has a large cup size like you and took Oprah's advice and went to a specialty shop, found a bra that fits and looks gorgeous, and is very satisfied. From a guy who really appreciates women---------------INSERT:------------- Breast reduction is a last resort, and should only be considered if you are having back problems or to lift them if you think they need it. Also you could get lucky ordering a bra from a website, your better off being fitted by a specialist in a GOOD specialty shop. Ask around ! Remember, a busty woman is beautiful to behold. That's why so many woman are getting silicone implants. Some parents are even giving implants as a graduation gift . Good Luck !

I would go to a proper lingerie shop and get properly measured. Now I know Vicky's is a proper lingerie shop and when I was in the states they measured me and it was fine, but I'm a 32a, although I have similar problems in getting a nice bra to fit (funnily enough at 33 I don't want to wear a training bra, no more than you want something that looks like your Gran would wear!)

But even though I'm smaller, I still had problems with my Bra's because whenever I reached up I 'fell' out of the bottom and thought that I was a 34B, but once I got my 32A and it fitted so comfy I knew I'd been the wrong size for years.

So go to a lingerie shop that sells lots of different brands of bras as they will measure you more universally whereas Vicky's and Fred's will measure you for their bra's and have lots of bras to offer you. In the UK we have shops like Contessa and also we have figleaves (but they're an on-line shop).

I'm wishing you all the best, Believe you me, I know how important it is to get a good bra to fit, and for me I have to import my bra's over from the states, or get my best friend to hit Vicky's sales and then post them it to me.

Wishing you lots of luck, in your bra-hunting!

go to a reputable store and ask to be measured and fitted up properly. I used to sell lingerie, and trust me there are bigger sizes out there. remember that all makes fit differently so don't take it for granted that all makes are the same.

Go into Lane Bryant. They have your size cups there. I have to go there because I have a hard time finding DD or DDD cups. (Of course, it's easier to find than G or H....)
