I would assume it stands for "technical knockout", the same as in boxing. I've listened to this song at home, and I never thought it stood for anything else, until this question.

It's a boxing term that means Technical Knock out, when the referee says or "calls" the fighter knocked out rather than an actual comatose fighter lying on the mat knocked out cold.
