yes. a good time for sleep is between 10 p.m and 2 a.m. when you sleep at 3 a.m it's as if you 've not had any night sleep.

Not at all. You might be like me. I am 53. In my mind I am still 21. I am a night person. I feel more alive and focused after midnight.

it depends on how long you sleep. I have had periods of insomnia, so I would recommend as much sleep as you can get. Plus, not sleeping messes up you body so you get fat and less alert. That's always bad...

It is wrong say up so late cause health is more important then wealth. Beside that, without health you can't even gain wealth. So please do take care
