Before you try to recover a deleted file, make sure the documents really are lost. You need to:
1. Bring Windows Explorer by double clicking on My Computer or by holding down the "Windows" key and clicking the "E" key.
2. Find My Computer in the folders on the left and double click on that to open it.
3. Find your C: drive under My Computer and look for "Documents And Settings" directory.
4. Look to see if the name of your deleted user is a folder name in this directory. If Yes, double click on the folder and find the "My Documents" folder underneath it.
5. Double click on My Documents, and you will have all your old documents.
If you chose to delete the user's files when you deleted the user account, you'll have to use a recover tool like the first answer suggested.

Use freeware software like PC Inspector File recovery to recover the deleted file. There are many other softwares too. But if after deletion of your documents you have run & used computer too many times , then there are less chances for recovery of files. If you are unable to recover , contact specialist Data Recovery Agencies for recovery of your data.
