i gave this guy hope, then i let him down, i picked him up again and let him down again.he's a genuine weirdo, but i know i dont have the right to treat him real bad.now he doesnt want to be frens wif me anymore.i hv lost count how many times i apologized to him, but he still sticks to his decision..will he ever forgive me?does he hate me now?

I certainly wouldn't forgive you - you should read what you wrote and then reevaluate whether or not YOU would be friends with you. You say that you let him down countless times and then go on to say that he's a weirdo.
A true friend is someone who is there in the good times and bad -someone who is there to uplift the other, not the opposite. You appear to not want to be a real friend to this guy. If you did, you'd probably just leave it be.
You've apologized and that's great, but I don't believe you mean it because you call him a weirdo. You've apologized and now it's up to him to either accept or reject your apology. Either way, it is out of your hands.

People who act the way you describe are poisonous. He is right to stay away from you because being around you can only make him feel pain. I doubt he hates you. Instead, he probably has learned he can't trust anything you say and should steer clear.
My advice to you is to stop playing games with other peoples emotions. I understand that you probably feel like you have some emotional power over this guy and that might feel good. It is, however, pretty messed up when you use it in this way. Try being honest with the people around you. It takes far less energy than screwing with them and will bring you real contentment.

He doesn't hate you, he doesn't trust you anymore and from what I've read, he's right not to trust you. Don't play with people just because you can. You may think he's a weirdo but that doesn't give you the right to treat him like crap.

well girl i would say no.... because he is really hurt in the long run he will forgive you in time ... but just go on with your life and leave him alone for awhile and that might help ...... it might just bring him back ... He need to think about things
