In true sense budgeting is very important for an individual to organizations and country. It reflects your planned activity,vision of development as well as your ambitions.But unfortunately now a days it doesn't carry any meaning to the governments, they spend the money as per their wills and whims.

budgeting is important to every one as with out one you really dont know where you stand.....for a nation a budget really matters because lives of millions bank on it.....with out a budget how on earth would a country know whats its deficits and earnings are, what are the trade balances and imbalances with other countries, whats quality of life can its people have,what developmental works can be undertaken, its foreign exchange reserves and so many other aspects.
