I like the new season so far (you can watch the episode free at cbs.com). I like that cbs keeps showing clips saying that this is a social experiment. Really, how do you figure that. Do the five particular people assigned to each ethnic group really represent the complexity of the entire race? Well no. If this is a social experiment, what's exactly being tested or observed? Well calling it a social experiement is ridiculous but I still like the show. By the way why doesnt the Asian group have a Indian, or Pakistani, or Bangledeshi etc? Come on indians are asian too.

BassCatch... As you said, your wife in Native American. Indians are orginally from India (not to sound condescending but India is a country located in Asia)

I like the show, and i'll still watch it. The social experiment is pointless and it's all for ratings. I agree with you- five people aren't representative of anything, and they have the same issues and problems as any other group that's not divided by race.

it fairly is a superb season with Russell. I, too, hated him interior the commencing up. i assumed he could be an obnoxious womanizer, yet he's certainly speaking all human beings into doing each and every thing he needs finished. they are fools for following. My husband thinks Russell won't win if he is going to the tip. I even tend to think of as quickly as the anger subsides from being voted off, you may start to think of of ways Russell outplayed all human beings, and the votes will merely glide his way - merely like the immunity idol. no one is enjoying a greater appropriate recreation. I watched the final 3 episodes with tribal counsels lower back-to-lower back. i grew to become into on the sting of my seat guffawing my head off with Russell protecting the immunity idol. whilst he stood up and all human beings's faces have been displaying such marvel (distinctly Dave's)- it incredibly is super television! After 19 seasons, that prepare has nonetheless have been given it.

I think it is politically incorrect a little bit and that it is just a ploy for ratings. Survivor is going past its peak now and jumping the shark. Jeff Probst clearly looks bored and the contestants don't seem to care that much.

Excuses, excuses, They are all from one race, the Human race, my God get over the racist crap will you? What's wrong with being proud of your heritage? Oh and by the way, what do you mean Indians are Asian too? I think my wife will disagree, she is Native Amercan Indian, from the Navajo tribe, I don't think that makes her Asian. See how dumb all this rascist crap sounds? Got it?
