I use a tread mill, along with other exercises 3 times a week. It keeps my body pretty firm. And I have had 3 kids.

cardio 45 min a day fast walk not running. and cut out white flour and white sugar from your diet.

well eat foot which have a less of fat in them. try excercising. You can try jogging, runnung and if possible could even go to a gym.

burn out that fats... exercise jugging.. avoid eat fatty foods...
