Natural Quit Smoking Magic

Hey Jenna - I tried many different ways to quit and only one did the trick: the nicotine patches. The only way I can describe it is it would take away that "rush" you get when you feel like you just have to have a cig because you're beginning to feel withdrawal. If greatly softens the physical withdrawal edge, allowing you to get through the tough moments. By the time I weaned down to the lightest nicotine dosage, I was done with wanting a cigarette. It's really weird, as though I never had smoked before. And you know what is weird, too? No one ever told me that once you sincerely kick the physical addiction, you really don't have any desire to smoke. Maybe this will work for you, too.

I quit for about 3 months... no success here. but I have to quit by January! not a want thing anymore!

try switching brands. i was smoking marboro and camels full flavor 1-2 packs a day.
now i am smoking skydancers. ultralight, 1-2days per pack. really aren't that bad, but they have no additives like the others. (like marboro has gun powder in them!)

this seems to be helping, i've cut down a lot!

I quit nearly 20 years ago. It took a while, but I did it. I'd go a day or two then I'd buy a pack and smoke two or three then get mad at myself and throw it away. I probably did that routine 25 or 30 times before it stuck. But it worked.

cold turkey bout 6 yrs ago. chewed alot of gum. the worst part was when I would dream I was smoking. I would wake up so mad at myself for having given in. but that only lasted about 8 months I have been smoke free ever since and I don't even think about it any more good luck. If you ever need encouragement Email me.

I just decided to quit, and so I did! It just takes a decision and the will to stick to it.
