Ok so I decided I want to get my ears pierced to start the process of getting plugs. I'm not too sure what the process involves though. Is it just gradually moving up (down) in size and if so how long do I have to wait between? Would it be 16..14..12..10..etc etc? Also, I am looking to go to about a 2. Would that close even the slightest bit if i ever decided to take em out? And finally, and the least important in the decision making process..is there much pain in the process? I am far from a wuss but less pain is always a plus. lol. well any help is appreciated. thanks.

do you mean those big holes in your ears. They are ugly, once you get them big, the do not close up. think hard and long befor you do it. Why not just some nice big studs, that would look good

They will close, it will take a long time though. Its going to take a while to get to that size, it will take about 3 months for your ears to properly heal before any REPUTABLE piercer will stretch them. You can choose which size you want to be pierced with as long as its not huge. It will hurt a bit, but not very much.... I have had ears and nipples pierced and have had several tattoos done, so its not that bad, but it depends on your threshhold of pain. I found that having them stretched was slightly more painful, but that passes quickly also. Part of the allure is the pain, it releases endorphins in the brain and provides a natural high. Hope this answered what you wanted to know.
