When everything u say or do doesn't ellicit anymore responses from her, whether those responses are negative or positive. She simply does not care anymore.

She won't look you in the eyes when she says "I love you",if she says it at all.She'll no longer want intimate relations.She doesn't care enough anymore to fight with you,about anything.She finds excuses not to go anywhere with you.She acts very depressed and alone.Either she won't kiss you,or finds a reason to turn her head when you go to kiss her.She feels uncomfortable being in the same room with you.She's cold to your feelings.She doesn't seem to care when you're sick or in pain.At some point,she'll get tired of play-acting and tell you straight-up she doesn't love you anymore.

doesn't want to spend time with you, talks to her friends on the phone about subjects she could be talking to you about, minimal or non-existent sex life, seems perpetually critical of you, talks badly about you to your kids (if you two have any).. these are for starters..
These are the reasons why I'm finalizing my divorce after, ironically, 13 years. Does this help?

When she looks at you and thinks to herself "what did I ever see in this man"?
And if she cannot remember your name, that is also a very good sign that she is over you.

when you put your key in the door and the lock is changed or when you leave the house and you intentionally put all the toilet seats down and when you come home you find them up

you no longer make her laugh, she no longer makes an effort , she has more intrests outside the home, says she needs space, says she needs to find herself, you start to notice how good others look compared to your wife.

When she has another bf.
When she doesn't worry about you anymore.
When she doesn't want to know your news.
When she doesn't care when you're around.
