yes, with whitening products. of course whitening products require a lot of pateince.
www.godivaskincare.com provides a huge line of whitening products that work. i use the whitening deo and i love it. i will use the cream soon enough. i know a lot of people who have used the whitening cream and says it works. they also have whitening lotions, toners, lip balm and so much more. they are recognized for having these whitening products which include licorice extract. that is the most active whitening ingredient thats effective.
you can also go with skin bleaching. some derm places offer services such as skin whitening, skin bleaching, skin peeling(i dont recommend that), scrubs and more.
there are also skin bleaching soaps.

Becareful not to detroy your body it is a gift.Do not feel inferior and start to bleach your skin..(Ebony and Ivory .) Do not regret like great brothers and great sisters Moreover bleached skin smells.

Use whitening lotion/masks/cream and use sunblock before you go out whether or not it's sunny.

go to a nearby drug store and get a whitening lotion and use it religiously. Nivea brand recommended. tried and tested by me and it worked :)

using some lemon when you take a shower and using sunscreen of high spf when you go out.
