A paste of belsen flour and lemon juice can lighten your skin.
Leave it on till it dryes then wash it off.

if u mean skin color tone lighter...there are many new skincare products that have whitening effect especially if u put a whitening mask once every 2 days...continious for 4weeks n use sun block during day n nite...the result is visibly within 2weeks. bt you muz knw whitening product has its own side effect n so sometimes if possible use other normal skincare product althernate days

back in the oldem days women used arsenic to make their skin perfectly white. I wouldn't recommend it of course, but don't know of anything else you could possibly use. Why would you want to whiten your skin anyways? Thats the face God gave ya, love the skin you're in!

this is a sad world when dark-skinned people wanna bleach to be lighter and light-skinned want to tan to be darker. you're skin is probably beautiful just the way you are, I know I for one love dark skin tones, like Kenya Moore and darker. but just listen to any self-empowering hip-hop/r&b/soul (Nas - What Goes Around comes to mind) song. they sell bleaching cream for skin, like they have perms for hair.

I never heard of any surgery that would make skin lighter.

go to a skin doctor; dermatologist, and ask them, I'm sure they will be able to tell you. my mom uses some stuff to make her skin lighter because acne scars.
