I am a 15 year old male. About 2 months ago i suddenly got a pinching pain where my heart is, i think right where the valve is right under my breast. It lasted for probably 15 minutes maximum and sometimes my heart speeds up and slows down now but i can't really tell if its skipping beats. I was wondering if anyone had any idea what this was?

I'm guessing it was likely a gas pain or heartburn. BUT I AM NOT A DOCTOR!
For gosh sake, why are you asking this here? Even an expert doctor is not going to be able to diagnose you based on what you wrote.
GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR! Sheesh!

most probably you are fine especially if this doesn't recure.
but you have to have baseline tests,like EKG & Echo.
I just strongly disagree with the above comment about having aneurysm, this is just wild speculation.

You have an anuerism, and you will die very soon if you aren't immediately treated, and even then there's no guarantee of success. That's a blood clot in your main artery. Very dangerous.
