Ive noticed many of the poor people in my neighboorhood have cheap cars with GIANT WHEELS with alot of CHROME. Where do they get this done, what is the procedure, how much does it cost and why on earth would anyone spend money on this as opposed to using the money to get a better car?

I was born when you didn't give a rats as.s what the car looked like, just horse power to the ground, as cars became harder and harder to fix, and simply understand, em em em,,,,the shitty trend of I DON'T A THING ABOUT A CAR, SO I'M GONNA PUT SOME BIG FLASHY **** ALL OVER THE OUTSIDE, and I will never open the hood, gee.cuz, I ant gots no ideaers whats in there?, but that's cool, I just give em that look at the red-light, and leave them behind a 15 ft set of burnout marks and some dust, oh and that chumppy feeling when your Buddy's are laughing at ya HAHAHA, IROC'S ROCK mine has 4k miles on fresh race engine and 5 years of goodies

that is so true. funny too. poor and rich it is what they like and we do what is in if we follow or do just like the way it looks. they buy them at any tire and wheel store or even rent them, yes you can rent a wheel now, crazy but it is a fad. that is like when cell phones started being a craze you would see a person in a bucket with a cell phone or even riding the bus walking down the street and they had a cell phone. even with the beepers you think only business persons had them long long ago, but any and everyone was poppin up with one. it is all a fad and every well most want to be in it. they start off at 1200. depending on the size you want 18s 19s 20s 22s,24, maybe 28s i think that would probably go on a dully

I'm no expert but "Chrome Tires" might give a rough ride. I'd go with rubber.
