zenith is good reputed brand ,even ur confirguration sounds good..u haven't mentioned the RAM,cards installed and other devices..
u haven't mentioned whether u chosen its for office or home use...
u can install added compoenentsor look for these features....liked Bluetooth,webcam ..and Cd-DVD RW ....as per ur use..

dont buy pentium 4 now,
just wait for few months and buy intel core 2 processors.
and it will serve you for many years. and also for the windows vista 64 bit OS.

zenith is a vey good brand, good quality, but why dont u buy an intel- core2 duo as it's already out.
