okay so its my 2nd day of fasting im drinking my vitamin waters etc... anything else i can do to speed up losing weight??

i always fast... does it look like i gain the weight back double??? no, so im fasting dopnt like it sont fxcking comment.

Fasting is for monks and protesters. If you want to lose weight and do it on your own, look for the American Diabetic Association diet. I know you probably aren't diabetic but the diet will help you lose weight in a jiffy. Diabetics eat 6 times a day in small amounts. It's been proven you will cut the pounds if you follow that diet. It keeps your system active all the time burning calories and keeping your natural insulin level. It will take some getting used to but it works you will eat healthy forever.

Fasting for weight loss has been correlated with weight loss that doesn't stay off. You usually gain it right back. When you find this, try changing the way you eat normally. Talk to a dietitian, and maybe even a psychologist.

when you do that, your body doesn't know when the next crash diet will come. so when you start eating again, your body is going to store every last bit of fat you consume to save for energy during the next crash. that's why you should never fast / crash diet. it works against you in the end.

and if that's you in your avatar, you certainly don't need to be on a diet, I feel bad for you :(

Don't fast for more than 3 days, then no sugar, coffee or dairy products. you must take fiber every day. losing weight to fast is not healthy. exercise daily and you will feel great

Maybe instead of fasting you should go on a healthy diet before you get sick.

Please don't do this. Fasting is not a good way to lose weight. There are many safer and healthier ways to do it.
