Seems like everyone is more concerned about what other nations think of us than they do about fighting the terrorists..have no doubt, when other nations find themselves under attack, where do you think they will come for help? The attacks will be primarily aimed at the US but no one is immune, if they are a part of the civilized world.
Hillary has given the appearance of moving toward the center but she is a very confirmed lliberal...her move to the center has alienated her from a major part of her party.. the part that has taken over the party and has moved far left. Her hopes of gaining the nomination have gone down drastically.

Very probably, if Norma Major was made PM of Great Britain, and they tagged along with Mrs Putin, Mrs Howard of Oz, Mrs Osama and Mrs Et alia and held coffee mornings together regularly. Don't giggle. This is a serious answer.

Terrorists are terrorists, BUT she's far more savvy and in a different league in terms of intellegence than Bush. What would you prefer, a president who shouts a lot and blunders in all guns blazing with huge consequences, or a diplomat who thinks in the long term and understands the intracacies of other countries history, culture and religion, whilst not forgoing your own identity. Your economy would come on leaps and bounds too. I think she'd make a great US president.

Yes! She and her husband are well liked in the world, and she already knows almost all of the world leaders!
I think she could mend a lot of fences torn down by Bush. I think a lot of people who are pissed at us, she is willing to open a dialog instead of using the military as first resort!
Maybe she could help get the corporations from stealing natural resources from other countries, which is the main reason we have been having terrorist attacks! Maybe the Corporations should fight their own wars!

Are you kidding? The USA would be as the Germans would put it, KAPUT! She zig-zags, turns from extreme left to middle and on and on. She cannot be trusted in the job of president. She is probably a bit smarter than Bush but then again so is my little dog.

Unlike some other un"enlightened" individuals here, whether she could prevent her husband from cheating does not parlay into whether she could make the world safer. They are two completely different things. If she could surround herself with the right people, and forge better relationships with other countries, yes, it could be made safer...but, it would never be completely safe. That's an impossible task.

After 20 years, we need a change. I have no problem with our current President. But I think we as Americans are obnoxious as citizens and we need someone who is tough on terror and will not tolerate in fighting. Unfortunately, I don't see anyone stepping up to the plate.
May God grant us the leader we need in 2008.

Not neccesarily - it takes more than one person to form a government and the real power lies in the hands of the multinational corporations who need oil to lubricate the wheels of commerce

safer? i imagine not. tell me, if you're banishing the "warmongers," how is that tolerating their attitude without resorting to emphasize? Or do you in basic terms tolerate critiques so some distance as they in good structure into your agenda?

Sadly, we live in a scarey, unpredictable world of turmoil and terrorism. As such, I don't think any leader in any country necessarily has the power to make their country immune to such activity and guarantee safety and security. Unless she was a pacifist, she'd have as good a chance as anyone else I think!
