if you want to know what s.l.f. would sound like nowadays just listen to green day they,ve been ripping them off for years. they made some brilliant albums including hanx which was a live recording, their lead singer was a guy called jake burns and they were the best irish punk band by a mile so to the person out there who said the undertones were better you would have been laughed out of town, comparing the undertunes{correct spelling}and other irish bands like the boomtown rats to slf is like comparing U2 to westlife.

Yeah, probably the best Irish band of the late 70's. Their first couple of LPs (Inflammable Material & Nobody's Heroes) are great, catchy punk. Check them out! And,yeah, they're still going and playing Glasgow Barrowlands every St Patrick's Night.
