yesterday my boss was shouting at me...as usual...but this time i also got pissed off...
and told her that she is looks like a fart whoz boobs are like 2 rotten apples...and her as$s is like basketball without any air in it...and she shud provide us with oxygen masks...coz when she talks we can't breathe....blah blah blah....lol
well now im here at home...suspended for a week !...hehe
but im very happy....i did nothing wrong.....right ??

Ummmmmmmm very WRONG. You should have handled it a lot better than that. That was really kiddish. You should have really talked to her with some since and asked her to not shout at you, that is not the way to talk to an employee and if she had a problem with that go to her boss and talk with the head person in charge. Don't just jump the gun and start cussing her out.

Hmm..did nothing wrong? How about evrything you said. Your boss may be a ***** and if you have a problem at her screaming at you, tell her so. Im surprised she didnt fire you. We all may feel like punching our boss in the face sometimes, swearing at them, and screaming but those thoughts stay thoughts. Although, if you were deciding to quit anyway and wanted to give your boss a few last words...way to go! ;)

Gosh (lol) although it was so funny and you are so happy, it was wrong to hurt your boss's feelings and to show disrespect. You should apologize and buy her pastries as a peace offering. As bad as she was, it's best to take the high road and be the better person and not get mad back, but to make constructive ... mmm... comments to fix the problem at hand.

yeah! but you got a laugh out of it and a break ...an unpaid break but hey! at least you didn't get fired so i'd say you are a lucky bastard. sad part is that that is going in your file and when you leave that job to get another, that potential new job is going to call that job there you have now ...and get a baaaad recommendation.
