I've worked in pubs for years and working at a hotel right now. Each night maybe 4-5 cars max get left overnight in pub parking. Yet there were 75 cars there mid-shift and definately not 75 D.Ds in pub.

There is a 13% increase of drunk drivers on friday nights and a 17% increase during long/holiday weekends...So I'd had to say there is about 20-30% of drunken drivers out there right now

if theyve been to a bar, all are under the influence, at least enough to get pulled over for a taillight out or some other minor infraction and get a dui. most will make it home ok. very few will get picked up for driving irratically. dui.s are big money makers for the court system, and they will do anything to charge someone if they havent made their quota. i think very few are totally wasted. im not condoning drunk driving, but a scam is a scam. if they didnt want to have people drive under the influence, why do bars have parking lots.
