You're not really making sense. One of the guys you like, but you don't like. So, I'm going to assume, you don't like him ENOUGH to go out with him. The other you like but don't know if he likes you. SO, you have two choices. First, you can be direct and ask him. Or, second, hang out with him more being more flirtatious and try to get him to spend time with you one on one. See how that goes and if things develop on their own.
