I just moved to kentucky from illinois and need to get my driver's liscense asap. i am 18 and got my learner's permit in illinois but it has expired. i'd like to renew it so i can brush up a bit before i take the test. is there someone who can tell me about how long that might take and what i might have to do? links to official websites would also be appreciated.

after you turn 18 you no longer get a permit you just apply and take the test for your regular license

You dont need a permit anymore, You are now 18 so all you need to do now is just find a way to get the test then you can hav your license.

In turkey you can pay 1000$ for having a course 30-40 days.30 days teoric training and driving tests.
