Perfectly Ok, but why resist ?
The tears too are a gift, indicating good health of a normal being !

Yes, it is completely ok not to have tears even if you want to cry. We are conditioned not to cry from an early age - especially if you are male. It is normal to reach points in your like when you are overwhelmed with something and just feel like crying to have a release - but you are unable to cry because the tears might not come because your mind has been conditioned with messages "crying is bad, you are being too emotional, etc"

My suggestion - talk to a good friend you trust, or a see a counsellor.

That depends on the fact if you want to have tears when you want to cry. I don't think it's bad for a fact. I know a boy who, due to some physical stuff, literally can't shed tears, but he can cry anyway, he just doesn't produce tears. If you mean by your question that you're blocked up and can't give way to your emotions, than I think you might have a problem.

I know how you feel...
I want to cry a lot because my life SUCKS.
but I have no tears.

It's really bad for your health... can lead to heart problems, I think.
