I dont really understand your question. Indian culture affecting other countries' fashion OR other countries affecting Indian culture? If its Indian culture affecting other countries then I would say that its making a small impact on accessories. (colorful sequined scarves/belts, colored bangles, gold chandelier earrings, sequined/beaded silk flats) If its other countries affecting Indian culture then I would say that the impact is bigger for the Indians that live in an other country and dress in jeans and t shirts then the Indians that live in India or middle eastern countries in which im guessing that they dress traditionally. Of course fashion in countries other than India is very different from traditional Indian fashion so it all depends on how religious a person is. If they are super religious, chances are they will dress very conservatively and abstain from any skin-showing clothing. If they arent really that religious then they dress like everybody else, not really affecting their culture in a negative way because theres more to Indian culture than clothes, theres tradition, holidays, cookings, and music.

If "Indian" in your query refers to our South Asian neighbors, the movement of influence for fashion goes the other way around. India's culture has always been making significant inroads in our lives on all continents for ages, not just in fashion! The Indian culture is so rich and diverse. Indian trading concerns go back a long way in time and have reached the farthest corners of the globe (in very close competition with the Chinese).
Did you know that the national attire (for men) in the Philippines - the Barong Tagalog - actually originated in India?
Another fashion classic from India is the Nehru collar, named after one of their former political leader.
Some of the more popular and fast-selling fashion accessories (costume jewelry) in the EU and the US are produced (mostly by hand in homegrown or backyard industries) in India.
Other significant contributions from India:
the number/symbol zero - "0"
martial arts (yup, the Chinese learned from their Indian neighbors)
