You should be ok but you need to continue using condoms for two weeks after starting birth control pills, Ideally use condoms for four weeks to be extra sure. Remember if you don't take it around the same time every day or if you miss one you are at risk of pregnancy and need to use condoms for a week before you are safe again! Good on you for using condoms, there are alot of nasty STDs out there and even the most honest looking guy could be hiding something, or may even be unaware he has something. Be careful ok.

You should be OK, but starting birth control pills after sex is the wrong way around, babe. Don't the instructions on these pills say if you miss a dose, you have to use other means of birth control for ages afterwards - 7 days or something ?

I'd read the label, and if you are still worried get proper advice from a medical professional.

Good luck.

Yes, I think you'll be fine. So long as the condom was used properly. But just remember, condoms nor birth control are 100% effective in preventing pregnancy. I was on the pill when I got pregnant with my first child. So just BE CAREFUL!!

No guarantee. You'll have to wait and see. You need to be on birth control for at last a full cycle (4 weeks) to be safe. After that, you should continue using condoms with your bf to prevent diseases and as a backup to prevent pregnancy. Missing one pill can is it all it takes for you to get pregnant if you're not using condoms.

actually...i believe that birth control needs to be taken for a month before it becomes effective...im pretty sure...you should be fine though. from what i was told, sperm can survive for up to 72 hours in ur body and you can only get pregnant if you are ovulating, so if you have sex up to 72 hours before you start ovulating and when ur ovulating you can get pregnant(ovulation last about 3 days or so i think). so its actually physically impossible for a woman to get pregnant about 3 weeks out of the month (i called a crisis pregnancy center and was told this by the lady there). anywho...you should be fine though...

Just before you start the pill do a pregnancy test just to be sure. I am fairly sure you would not be but that white fluid is a little worry to me.

You _should_ be okay. If you're feeling troubled, though, call the doctor and/or use a home pregnancy test.

Best of luck!
