Am really feeling guilty about myself, i was shagging today after nearly 10 days, i was casually doing it, cos if i dont do it, the semen comes off in my dreams& my bed would have a stain on it, that is the reason for me to shag once in 10 days, never had sex in life, am 22 years old now

Today i was goin for a normal shag and suddenly when it was about to spill, suddenly blood came along with my semen, i was shocked by seeing that, i tried to wash it once and i noticed that nearly 15-20 drops of blood had been shed..i felt am gonna die, my head was banging like hell. i dont know i was confused, i cleaned it and i called my mom and told her that ive got blood from my urinal part, and she told me to sleep, she gave me a glass of water, i slept for half an hour and after that went to toilet for urine, that was normal no blood it was just white urine.

but my gut feeling says that the nerve is cut and ill never get sperms and never be able to get married and will never have a kid

No, you haven't seriously damages your penis; your gut reaction is wrong. The penis is pretty flexible so simple masturbation won't injure it a lot; if it did then you would be feeling pain in the organ, and you didn't mention any pain.

A little blood in the urine is normal, but not visible drops of it. This is a sign of an STD (which you probably don't have) or of an internal damage. You need to go to a clinic and have a urinalysis done. Because you do not see blood does not mean that there isn't still blood present in your urine. You may have injured yourself by being too vigorous with your shagging or you may have infected yourself by shagging with dirty hands. you should wash before engaging in this activity or do it in the shower where the water can provide a more natural lubrication.
