I practice hard and when i do get into the games I go balls to the walls every play. I play offensive line/ DLine. I am a sophmore i we play on the JV games but only dress for varsity. When in the jv games one of the coaches will avoid putting me in and put a freshman in instead. I ask to go in or to give someone a break and he just says we will have to see. I am getting kind of pissed off that freshman are getting more time than me when i went to offseason football camps and i lifted weights all summer and now i get minimal playing time. WHat can i do?

First of all, don't lose your cool with the coaches. Instead, take them aside and ask them point blank why they don't put you in games. You might not like the answer at first, but if they give you good suggestions, do what they say to get more playing time.

The coaches must feel the other players are better than you, or else you pissed somebody off.
