Has anyone heard of Leon Everett's song titled Hurricane?

Its about a hurricane hitting new orleans. a part of the song says,"the old man down in the quarter slowely turns to me. took another sip of whiskey, looks at me and says " don't mind the strain of the hurrican she comes around every june. high black water she's the devil's daughter shes hard and shes cold and shes mean nobodys taught her that it takes alot of water to wash away new orleans.
