exactly.....i hope iran builds every nuclear weapon they can possibly build...all the hydrogen bombs they want and all the ICBMs they want and all the fighter jets they want so that israel can be wiped off the map along with america!

All Israel wants is peace. The Arabs want to change the religion of the world to Islamic fascists. Allah is great! No question about it. Allah is God and God is great regardless of what you may call HIM. However, the Muslims want everyone to convert to their faith and it is so written in the Koran. They are sworn to Jihad and when a Muslim warrior dies fighting for Islam he immediately goes straight to heaven and 72 virgins are waiting for him. The more arms the Muslims get the more deaths there will be in the world. It doesn't just start and stop with Israel. It will be transferred to Europe, all of Asia, etc. It is so written! So you want these extremists to obtain arms? The nuclear bomb? Goodbye world.

That is an excellent question and it takes a great deal to explain.
In summary, Israel was created by the 5 permanent member of the UN and well.. they pretty much call the shots; thereby, allowing Israel, no wait, arming Israel.
Israel does need to be able to defend itself. I do agree with that. But, at the same time, I think we have seen with their recent unnecessary aggression in Lebanon that they have the capability of crossing the line of humanity.

Some countries like Iran declare openly they want to wipe Israel, when 9/11 occurred in New york, people all over the Muslim world celebrated.
If Israel has nuclear weapon they are held as doomsday weapon, to be used when the state of Israel faces imminent destruction.
If Iran will have nuclear weapons they will hand some to terror groups and encourage them to use them on the enemies of the Muslim revolution.
If you want to die, let them have their weapons.

Could it be because Israel is a responsibe member of the world community and will not use its weapons unless another country attacks? Whether Israel has nuclear weapons or not has always been unsubstantiated. Just the idea that they may have them serves as a deterrent to attack from a neighboring country, not to mention that Israel will win in short order that kind of war.

Because Israel is a western style democracy and a US ally. America will from this day on decide who can have them and who can not. If we have to kill millions of people to keep a regime like Tehran's from having one, so be it.
Israel is also willing to accept an independent Palastinian state, a courtesy the muslim side has not seen fit to grant them.
