I don't know if he is liked by everybody but he gets treated okay by my family, and it is important for my family to get along with him; he is someone i wanna be with.

It matters somewhat and depends on the circumstances. For example, if your mate is your replacement for your first mate and is the reason why the other relationship broke off, it is very likely that the family will criticize your mate and you and you are not gonna feel comfortable around them, but if its something like he/she wears not so good cloths or makes silly jokes then you have nothing to worry about.

No and I didn't care before I married him and don't care now. If they really love me then they should accept me and my husband. If not then I don't need them in my life anyway. They should be more open minded.
His family doesn't like me either.
Because we're different races.

My family loves my husband and it wouldn't had mattered if they didn't cause you marry the one you love you don't marry the family I listen to my heart and if I get approval that's cool if no approval that's fine with me I will do it anyways *lol*

Does it matter? It shouldn't but it does make everyone's life so much easier if the family accepts you as you.

Actually, they don't like my bf. I like him, and I love my family too. So He just try his best to impress my family.
