In order to make skin shine frm internal to external; there are a few thing tat you muz do it daily n you will realise nt onli yr skin get shiny, you also will look more radiant n healthier.

(1) Water (Drink)--- Most important element...in order to keep your skin moisture n keep your bowel system clear daily

(2) Fruit n Vegetables --- I ever cm across a group of gals...their skin is real good n i realise nearly every meal they have 2 slices of fruits n at least a vegetable in their meals n it help in digestion. As long your digestion system is good...yr skin will shine.

(3) Skincare Product ---It is a muz for gals who wants to look beautiful...alot of gals is stingy nt to spend money on tat n they rather spend it on costimetic. Correct ways is spend more money on good quality skincare product that do nt contain alcohol n do nt overuse facial/body scrub(onli 3 times per week)..
applying olive oil k help to make it shine bt overdo of it might clog yr skin pore...

do u mean shiny or glow? anyways what i use is a bronzer but if ur a guy thats not for u. maybe u can try out a tinted moisturizer. it gives a nice glow.

There's a product called Hask, Spray on Luminator. It cost about 5.00. And you can find it Walgreen's. Is made for the hair, but can be used on the body as well. works great for legs.
