A war, no. A revolution on the other hand is possible. Take a look at what Gandhi did with his method of passive resistance, India is a democracy because of his bloodless campaign. They were freed from British rule,without weapons or violence. He paved the way for Martin Luther King and Cesar Chavez , both practiced civil disobedience.

NO and a BIG NO...........No matter what kind of war it is that you're in to or that your planning to wage,weaponry and ammunition of all sorts are needed and must haves.Even a battle with your very self you must be equip with the necessary values and inclinations in order to make the necessary decisions.or even a battle with conscience still you need weapons especially that of moral uprightness and clear rational thinking.

If any mother has succeeded in teaching her child/children how to get along without fighting, than the answer is yes.
War is (to me) a large version of children fighting over their toys: "It's mine..., I saw it first...", etc.
