Take the speed in km / hour and convert it to m/sec:
A is going:
72 km / hour * 1000 m / km * 1 hr / 3600 minutes
72000 / 3600 = 20 m / sec
B is going:
25 m / sec
The difference is 25 - 20 = 5 m / sec
B is travelling 5 m/sec faster than A.

72 km/hr = 72 * 5/18 m/s = 20 m/s
diff = 25 m/s -20 m/s = 5 m/s
( you get 5/18 as 1 km = 1000 m and 1 hr = 60*60 sec )

You need to convert it so that both are traveling the same, what I mean is, you have 72 km an hour and 25 meters, do you mean km as well? also convert both to per hour or to second and go from there.
