What is a good computer for producing music, mac or pc?

I want to buy a mac computer but people say that "industry producers use MAC'S" But i have seen some use pc's. I was thinkin about geting a pc with a motherbored that supports 2 duo core proceserrs in one mother bored so its like having 4 of them, Or just geting a mac and keeping it simple

I've never used a mac, but I use Cakewalk Sonar for the PC, and it is superb. Their newest version comes with a beat-mixer.

i hear macs are good at it but that one button mouse

i would just get a windows media center pc

MAC
