There is no contest at all. How can anyone compare Clinton with Bush?
One fixed our economy and left trillions in surplus, the other one runs up a debt of (as of today) 8.52 trillion. http://www.brillig.com/debt_clock/

One gives us peace and gets impeached for receiving blow-jobs, the other one gives us a war for oil, kills hundreds of thousand and doesn't get impeached.

One creates international friends left and right, the other one alienates our friends.

One writes books, the other one can barely speak English. Example Bush: "Is our children learning?"

Clinton is, with a big margin, the better of the two.

Clinton was basically a do nothing president, had the opportunity to be great but foiled the attempt..he rode a robust economy to the hilt. Then he got to see it start to fall apart in July before he left office, yet claimed responibility for that economy. He did leave a goodly amount of cash for the incoming president however.. that he deserves credit for. But, the economy today is much better than when Clinton was in office with a much greater tax income for the treasury.. even after the tax reduction.. it worked the same way for Reagan. But where Reagan had a democratic congress, the spending went on as tho the money was ever flowing. Hopefully we can prevent another democratic congress, who love to spend and tax.. their first order of business has already been announced.. to change the tax laws and increase taxes. Bush has created the lowest unemployment rate I have seen in my 70 some years... has lowered the taxes to accomplish that feat, has taken on an enemy that has been attacking us for 20 some years. Plus a few other things of importance. In spite of all the condemnation he has had to face and survive. All the accusations contrived yet repeated enough to have all too many actually believe them. Proves an old adage... if you tell a lie often enough, it soon begins to sound like a truth.

CLINTON, CLINTON, CLINTON, CLINTON It is really no contest. Clinton was not always best in behavior but he was a Rhodes Scholar. The Shrub was a mediocre student at Yale by his own admission. If his father had not been an alum he might very well have been expelled. Clinton balanced the budget and left us with a booming economy, went to war in the Balkans and had not one casualty.
