I was very pissed to work for a manufacturer as I was accused for insulting one employee. She used "SOX" crap to pin me down, then went to say "I just covered you" for errors. I did not make any errors. Such variations were from the system when others entered. Then I became very defensive, said "If you were not in the hospital that time, you would have caught the errors". I was totally in shock for what I did wrong. I do not need any one to cover me, I am here to do the job the best I can. Not sure if this is a plot.
Please kindly advise.

Don't listen to her and just do your job as you have. She is trouble.
