hilary has had way too many surgerys now she's not as good of a role model to the younger generation. so I would have to pick miley cyrus.

Hilary Duff used to be all cute, but then Hollywood attacked and killed her nice personality, and Miley Cyrus isn't near as famous as Hilary Duff, so she isn't all snobby yet, and she can sing better than Hilary in my opinion, so I guess I would have to say Miley Cyrus!
