Since this is the beauty section, I'm guessing you mean skin lightening or brightening. First of all: Sun Protection -- something with 15 spf or more, UVA and UVB protection. Second: Exfoliation AHA's for skin that has been tanned or sun damaged, BHA for oily, breakout prone skin. Third: Do not ever use a product with hydroquinone! Google "hydroquinone danger" to learn for yourself. Permanent damage has been reported after a single use of a 2% hydroquinone. Friends don't let friends use HQ! Fourth: there are simple, safe products that do work for skin lightening and brightening. Look for products containing glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice) or kojic acid. You do not need a prescription to get these kinds of products! There are even things from the grocery store that will help you -- lemon juice, and buttermilk.

If you meant, "fairness" as in being just, spend a few few minutes every day seeing the situations in your life from the perspective of other people. Try and imagine how they feel about the situations, what they want, what thair fears are. If you practice that regularly, you will soon find it easy to see almost anything from someone else's perspective. Sometimes you won't read someone perfectly, but most of the time, you'll see how other people feel. When you have empathy for others, it is easier to show mercy. When you see how similar most people are, it's easy to treat people evenly. That is what being just and fair is all about.

Fairness? Does that word even exist anymore? Nothing is fair. Is it fair to give one person a raise who does no work and lay off the one that does everything? Is it fair that we should get charged more on a tank of gas than what the gas station actually paid for the gas days ago when prices were lower? Is it fair that some people can have kids and others can't. Nothing is fair. Life isn't about being fair.

if your in india or indian (im assuming, from your name), then there should be stores nearby that sell products to make you fairer. i have naturally fair/light tanned skin, so i have never tried them, but i've heard that they work
i'm sure there are also creams you can put on

if you have naturally dark skin, you cant change it without makeup or products, so just try to avoid sun exposure

Are you out in the sun? If you are try applying a higher spf on the sunblock you use. Or if this is a medical skin question....then I would have no idea. Good Luck!
