I remember doing a project on this and there was a survey done in Alamada County. There was indeed five healthy behavoirs. Another comparison would be Utah and Nevada, nominally identical states closely located apart from lifestyle, which contrasts because of gambling in Nevada and the Morman pop in Utah.

4) be clean- includes daily showers, washing ur hands after using toilet and visiting hospitals/doctor's offices
5) occasionally read up latest health/science news...give u tips about things to avoid. for example, trans fat...it's worse than saturated fats...avoid tham as much as possible...found in a lot packaged breads/bakery items...partially hydrogenated ____ r the keywords to look for in the ingredients
