Neither. I calmly tell him how I felt, and we talk it out.

Neither. We are one of those couples that make everyone sick. We aren't smoochy or sickly sweet but we just dig each other heaps!
If he ever makes me angry, i tell him why & we sort it out... then we have mad sex & tell each other how crazy we are about each other. Yelling takes so much energy & i dont know how people can be bothered to do it day after day. If you anger each other a lot, why bother?

It is best to walk away for a bit to cool down. If you yell in the heat of the moment, hurtful words that are said cannot be taken back. Been there, did that.

well, i'm very passive, so i usually give him the gold should. i think yelling is the worst thing to do. if you are upset he will hear you better if you speak to him. yelling is a form of abuse. my mother was very strict, so i was never taught to talk about my feelings. so now, when i have a problem, i write my feelings on the white board. its helping me slowly slip into a comfort level to allow myself to loosen up and speak about my feelings. hopefully i helped you out with something.

If he pisses me off he knows why. I'm not in to playing childish games and making him guess what is wrong.
