I answered one like this earlier and had a 13 year old muslim girl get "offended" because I said the Muhamad or what ever the hell the terrorists name is,was an animal and a child killer..,I give the pope credit for calling it the way it is.Muhammy Swammy teaches hatred for those who dont believe they way they do..,shoot at least christians dont go around beheading people and blowing up children to kill others or burn bodies and dance in the streets..,oh I'm sorry..,they are a peaceful religion.Well if they are then the peaceful ones need to get fed up with the violent ones and do something about thier own people or we will.Stop the damn silence or the hatred will get worse.WE dont trust you people.Sorry about the rant..,I'm all done now .

The Pope has no reason to apologize, he quoted a 14th century emperor and it was taken out of context. I know of no other religion in recent history that has been as militant, radical, and terroristic as the Islamic radicals. Almost all terrorist acts have been in the name of Islam, all beheadings, suicide bombing, and torture has been in the name of Islam. The rest of the world should demand an apology from the Islamic clerics, and a pledge for them to stop the senseless violence done by these so called true believers.

The following was provided by another member in response to a similar question, it seems to reinforce the propensity toward violence.

Ishaq:544 “Muhammad commanded the people to prepare for the foray [raid, incursion, sortie, attack, or assault]. The Messenger informed his troops that he was going to Mecca. He ordered them to prepare themselves and ready their equipment quickly. He said, ‘O Allah, keep spies and news from the Quraysh until we take them by surprise in their land.'” Fundamental Islamic organizations like Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, and al-Qaeda offer the same prayer today.

Ishaq:544 “Hassan incited the men, reciting: ‘This is the time for war. Don't feel safe from us. Our swords will open the door to death.'” And so it would be forevermore.

Qur'an 9.5 “When the sacred forbidden months for fighting are past, fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, beleaguer them, and lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war.”

One of my christian names is Richard and my memory of that King persuades me to sharpen up my sword.
However knives swords etc are not allowed and may I apologise when referring to my forename as being Christian.
It was the Christening you know.
Also in the back of my mind are the words, 'The pen is mightier than the sword'.
So that's alright then?
Not really if you are white or Christian.
The Race Relations Act does not protect us.
We cannot write our democratic thoughts or even speak of them let alone write them.
So what's to do?
Become Chinese perhaps?
In their successfully race to become a real world power it won't be long until they look more attractive than democracy?

Every cloud has a silver lining even if the sun is changing it a little yellow.
Good luck China but take it easy with the pollution we have taken more than our ration.

Let the pope say what he likes The is-lama's do, why should they be allowed to be ignorant to other people beliefs.
How can a group of people that love to blow people up and kill their brothers, just because they believe in another god.
As far as i.m concerned. we as British should send anyone that is not C of E or Roman Catholic should be sent back to their own countries

If he is silly, what are you? You honestly believe that a religion that controls the what you eat, what you wear, what you drink, what you say, where you go..............do I need to continue, is above criticism. Talk about the blind leading the blind. What's the saying, 'None are so blind as those who cannot see'?

This must be tongue-in-cheek humor... Islam above criticism - that's a good one. I guess that I have to agree with you... the Pope is a pretty funny guy after all, a real clown, in fact.

Since when have the proponents of Catholicism ever been open-minded or accepting of anything other than their own dogma?

Why is anyone acting surprised?
