How do i set up Mocrosoft Exploreer?

I would like to set up i so i couldsend and recieve mail off line. And what is apop and po3 server.And what is all those other things they ask foCould any one help me to set it up for this. I am on a wireless connection.

You cant send and receive mail offline! You can however create mail offline and it will send when you log on.
