Multinational corporations (MNCs) are worldwide collections of businesses owned and operated by the same people. Usually, they have a headquarters location, where most key decisions are made, in one country (many are located in the United States, western Europe, and Japan), but carry out important production activities in other countries. Managers of a car manufacturer, for example, might conduct many discussions at its headquarters location in Michigan, and then decide to produce a new car at factories it owns in Mexico and Canada. MNCs are often very large organizations, sometimes larger than the countries they operate in.
MNCs can benefit developing countries by providing new technology, new jobs, and new methods of managing a business. They can contribute to stability in the developing nation by promoting fair standards of treatment for workers, by promoting good long-term environmental practices, and by re-investing their profits back into the developing nation.

Monopolise and earn. They do not restrict themselves to their business affairs. Some of them dominate so much that they start dictating the local governments. Some of them have a hidden agenda to work for their parent government.
