i mean a rectangle pic that has a oval edge. how do it do that in ms paint or irfanview ?

Neither of these programs have the proper templates to do this. You would need adobe or some other photo editing program. If you are only doing one pic, I can do it for you if you like!

Haven't used MS's paint for years since it was too limited and have been using Paint Shop Pro to do that. If I remember though, there is a "shape tool" that will let you "draw" an oval around your picture, and then do a cut and paste as new image. That will load only the outlined portion to the clip board. you can then close the original (now with the oval hole in it) and click "no" when it asks if you want to save changes.

Try getting photoimpact or some other program. Paint is ridiculously hard to use...and Infranview, I dont think edits pics like that.

if you were using irfanview it should be on the Images > Effects> but mine haven't been upgraded to have more effects so, i have to get from their website at http://www.irfanview.de/ or try to use Windows Movie Maker
