Why is can't my yahoo 360 page be public?

I REALLY WANT TO MAKE IT PUBLIC BUT I CHANGED THE SETTINGS TO PUBLIC FOR A LOT OF STUFF BUT THEN IT DOESN'T SEEM TO WORK....................
SOME ONE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because you chose the option when you set it up! Go into the account and change it!
