Kapusukan is not an English word. It is used in one of the local or regional languages of Phillipines and I have found this word in the following web pages but cold not get the translations also.

If you are talking about a Philippine language, "Kapusukan", is a Tagalog language, one of 52 local dialects which is mainly used in the country. "Kapusukan", in English means "Aggressiveness" or a type of "strong aggression".
